Unit A417 features 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen), an enclosed bunk room (2 twin), queen sleeper sofa, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 8 guests. We also provide several extra amentities for you to enjoy inlcuding daily beach service (in season), daily paddleboard/kayak use (in season), beach wagon for guest use, books and games, cable TV, DVD player, and pack n play in unit.

We are aware there are many scams surrounding vacation rentals. We highly suggest each guest research their desired property prior to booking. We are happy to provide you with proof of ownership or information where to find public records online to make you feel confident about staying with us.
We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags,shampoo/conditioner, and dish soap. For longer stays additonal items may be purchased locally or brought with you to the condo. Don't forget to bring your own beach towels.

Because we are a small family run business we have the flexibility that most larger compaines do not. Want to know what type of coffee maker we have. We know. Don't want to pack beach toys? We provide them. Beach wagon? Yep, that too. We know all the ins and outs of our condo because it is our ONLY condo. This is personal, and we will give personal service by trying to accommodate special requests to the best of our ability.
